Behold my latest project -- an inspiration board much cuter than its grainy cork counterparts. The pattern adds some personality, so I don't feel like I have to cover every last inch of it.

I just took my old cardboard sewing/cutting mat and attached cardboard backing so it's thick enough for tacks to stick in firmly (I sliced up a large moving box to fit the reverse of the mat, and then hung the two pieces together using a small nail through each corner). And buying one of these mats is way cheaper than buying a bulletin board this size.
