Being a blogger is a new thing for me, but not necessarily a foreign thing, as I have been reading different fashion and style blogs for quite a while now, and the list of favorites keeps growing. They're the first place I turn when I feel blocked or uninspired. But there's one blog that I read every day for a quick, quirky pick-me-up. Even though she doesn’t know it, I spend a lot of time with Suzie at Style Bubble.

Style Bubble, out of London, is a great combination of fashion news coverage, DIY, and personal opinion. Suzie’s creative side really comes through when she is sharing her newest buys or outfit combinations, with trademark shots of herself taking a picture of herself. They're usually silo-ed and sometimes imposed on a magazine layout -- it totally cracks me up! Suzie has a completely “editorial” (a.k.a. “Who would actually wear that dress layered with a tu-tu?”) personal style and really makes it work. She takes chances that I wish I had the guts to take.
The blog also features some very cool new designers and is loaded with links to other sites worth checking out. So I suggest adding Style Bubble to your own list of links -- it'll come in handy the next time you need a little break at work.

I love her site - i visit daily too! she has made me see fashion in a whole new light - i wish i could get away with what she wears :)
