Cheers To New Years!

Well folks, that's all she wrote in 2007 here at Bluelines -- we're taking a little break next week to enjoy some holiday cheer. We'll be celebrating in typical Blueprint fashion: devouring cookies and draining cocktails, wrapping gifts in paper we designed, and crafting some last minute gifts. (Check out the new video of Katie making her fabulous card cases on The Martha Stewart Show.)


We're all very excited to see what 2008 will bring. Cheers!

A common mistake of people writing blogs out there is forgetting to introduce your story or subject in the first paragraph. Keeping it simple and easy to understand will keep readers going, don’t tell the whole story. Start by introducing your topic with a few sentences. I looked forward to my Blueprint magazine with a giddy joy that I never quite felt for my Martha Stewart. I hope that some publisher steps up for my demographic soon. Until then, I guess I'll be subscribing to Domino.
