Hot Seats
Posted by ErinWhile perusing the website of Decor Craft Inc., a great design/gift shop in Providence, Rhode Island, I stumbled upon this set of miniature designer chairs. I'm not the type to covet an Eames or an Arne (although they are very nice indeed), but something about this collection of mini designer replicas grabbed my eye. I love the composition of the photo and the nearly neon colors of the chairs themselves -- it make me think of a parent-teacher meeting that's just ended. I'd like to line these little guys up on my desk, or scatter them across my bookshelves.

I've been collecting these from the Museum of Contemporary Art store in Chicago for some time now. They come in unmarked boxes (just like those other collectible vinyl toys—so you never know what you're going to get!) and are $15 each, which is kind of expensive—but they're so cute and collectibles!

those are so cool! Can you order them anywhere? I clicked on the link but couldn't figure out how/where to buy them.
