Mommie Dearest
Don't worry, no wire hangers in this post.
We simply asked our bloggers to share what they will be giving their mothers come Sunday. And for any moms out there: no peeking!
Check back tomorrow for another gift. And please, share any ideas you have.
"For Mothers Day, I want to get my mom tickets to the new show "Boeing Boeing." My mom loves Broadway -- she's taken me to shows since I was little. This one just got a great review in the New York Times, and I love how stylized the sets are."

My mom has just about everything. She wanted dinner at Black Angus, so that's what she's getting! It's a West Coast thing....

I got an early Mother's Day present and was taken to Theatro Zinzani in San Fransisco. What an experience! Loved it!
You can check my blog post about it on my World Market Portraits blog.

I think theatre tickets are a great gift
check out www.broadwaybox.com -- they have some great discounts for Broadway shows - including Boeing Boeing

Rebecca, I highly recommend that as a great present. I saw the show a couple of weeks ago. It isn't a *great* show, but it's a lot of fun and Mark Rylance is fantastic!
The matching costumes of the girlfriends is funny, but what got me is how they all run around in those heels. That must now be an elective at Julliard.
