Christina, when you are exhausted it's hard not to grab the most convenient thing available (even if it is a cupcake) Not the worst thing in the world, but the snacks that have been posted are quick too, just need to train your brain.

I am so happy for you that you got a workout in and included your daughters. Good for you, exercise can be fun! Keep it up!

Your girl's looked like they had so much fun that they are going to insist "dance night" as a weekly event! How much fun is that? What a great thing to look forward to. I think exercise goes by so much faster when you have a buddy or 2 or 5 !
You inspire me!

Christina - I have never been so grateful for a blog post!! I love your honesty in telling us you ate the cupcake, but I love even more that you had a dancing night with your girls. That is just awesome! My 4 year old daughter just loves High School Musical and I was feeling less-than-motivated myself to get exercising the other day. We did the same thing as you- put on her High School Musical 2 songs and danced around the living room. I haven't felt that good about a workout in a long time. I personally think I'm going to ask HER if we can make it a weekly thing.
Love this blog - thank you so much!!!
