May I ask how long you cooked the egg in the photo? It appears perfect. This is a snack I will most certainly try. I have the show taped where this series began, but have not had an opportunity to watch it. I will make a point to do so this weekend. I love the idea of this challenge. I WANT TO LEARN THIS INFORMATION! Thank you all for the research and effort to put together the program. The rest is up to me.

Another favorite snack. I think I could leave out the dijon dressing and just have 4-5 grains of salt on each piece and that would taste fine. I just hope my egg would look as good as the on pictured.

Kristen

Not my favorite snack, I like fruit and veggies more than eggs for a snack

Hi Brenda,

Place the eggs in a pan and cover with cold water by 2 inches. Bring to a simmer over high heat, then remove from the heat, cover and let stand 12 minutes. Drain. Rinse under cold water and peel.
