You’ll be surprised at how little effort it takes to make an elegant meal. I like to present guests with their own individual packets of fish -- it makes them feel like they’re dining at a fine restaurant. Some quick-cooking couscous and crisp-steamed asparagus -- that’s fine dining. Don’t care for salmon? Try this with cod or halibut.
