I'm always looking for new ways to use my standard boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Tonight, they're going Italian in this riff on classic saltimbocca. Salty prosciutto creates lovely contrast when crisped around the tender chicken; fresh sage adds depth. A dinner this special demands dessert -- like these rich chocolate pudding cakes.
Have any interesting suggestions for my boneless, skinless chicken breasts?

This was fantastically delicious, I want you to know. Anything with prosciutto makes me happy, and then adding sage? Heaven.
Thank you so much!

Hi - I think I left my comment on the recipe instead of the blog, so apologies and now I am reposting to the Dinner Tonight blog!...
I love this blog. Alison left it on our Baking Buddies blog and I had to come take a look. I was wondering if the Nutritional Facts could be added to each of the recipes? I'm really trying to watch my weight and this would be a helpful way for me to keep on that track and try some of these recipes! Thanks so much for your consideration. - Jenn
