Hardboiledegg

Time saving tips well i have just returned from camping on the Gulf of mexico at a beautiful Florida state park. We purchased firewood to have a fire to chase away the bugs and I decided to wrap up the potatoes I brought along and bake them in the coals Okay --I baked up several potatoes to serve the following morning as breakfast hash browns. I only brought along olive oil and that worked well instead of butter or canola oil. I do believe this was multi tasking enjoying a camp fire and preparing a meal . Incidentally reading David Sadaris essays at the campfire became a nitely ritual as we laughed so much.
