I like occasionally dining solo and this is one of those perfect meals to have when you're by yourself and thoroughly enjoying it. I mean it takes almost no time to put together, it's made in one pan and its got everything - ground turkey, beans, and some jalapeno pepper for a little heat. Pick up some crunchy tortilla chips, kick back and enjoy the time to yourself.

Yes, I do enjoy dinner alone. I'm a single, professional female who eats alone on many occasions. Perhaps, we can exchange other meals for those who are solo! Thanks

I'm (newly!) married, but my husband and I have completely opposite work schedules. Since I've recently started a new diet, I've found that I like eating alone more now because I pay more attention to what I'm eating. Since I'm not chatting, I get the chance to enjoy every bite and really think about how the flavors go together, what to leave out or add next time, etc.
Is there a way that a recipe scaler of some sort could be added to the website? Many recipes, especially baked goods, can't just be halved and still turn out right...

Valencia,
I hope you've been enjoying more of the cooking for one recipes. I find that things like shrimp, individual portions of chicken, boneless pork chops all really lend themselves to solo dining.

mitsya,
We don't have anything on the website that enables you to divide or multiply recipes. Instead, I'd suggest that you prepare meals, and divide them in to single portions. Place them in freezer bags or containers, label and date them and then you'll have them when you need them. Certainly, not everything can be frozen, but things like soups and stews and saucy things can. Hope that helps.
