I can never pass up lettuce cups when I see them on a menu. Adding this to my "to cook" list this week.

These are so very, very good. I made them just last week. They remind me of those you find at Pei-Wei or PF Chang...is it okay for me to say that? ;)

great recipe! i think the ginger really adds an extra flavor. my husband and i like things spicy so i added extra crushed red pepper and it gave the chicken a real kick. i also added some shittake mushrooms i had on hand. a fast, easy and relatively healthy recipe that i will definitely use again.
