If you've ever tried grilling ribs (baby back or otherwise) and brushing them with a sweet barbecue sauce as they grill, you've probably wound up with some charred pork ribs. Now I know some folks boil pork ribs and then brush and grill as an alternative, but check out this method. First, wrap them in foil and bake them. This will ensure they're tender and flavorful. Once tender, pop them on the grill, brush with some sauce, and cook just to glaze. I'll be right over.
