Barbecued Chicken on Garlic Toast

Ever hear of Texas toast? Kristen Evans, our senior food editor, taught us all about it when she whipped  up this hearty sandwich. Texas toast is a type of super-thick-cut, buttery garlic bread -- and a wonderful beginning to a dinnertime sandwich. Throw in the fastest barbecue sandwich filling (who knew a rotisserie chicken could could fly south so fast?) and you're at the table in 15 minutes. I use rotisserie chickens for all sorts of things, but this one surprised even me.
