Microwaves are great time savers. Some of us use them just for reheating but because it works like a giant steamer, the microwave can turn out deliciously moist food –- like this barbecue chicken.
Use your favorite barbecue
sauce and, while the chicken is cooking (all of about 12 to 16 minutes), you
can easily put together the cool, crisp coleslaw. And if you're thinking
