This looks great, I pulled the recipe out of the magazine when it was published but I haven't made it yet!

Can this recipe be made without the wine? I don't keep wine in my house. I hate to spend money on anything that's not absolutely necessary.

You can substitute chicken broth for the wine.

Can someone send me a copy of the recipe. The picture looks sooooo good. But when I click on the recipe I get an error on the web page.
