If you're anything like me and enjoy a plate of hash brown potatoes (with eggs for breakfast, and otherwise), this dinner will certainly more than satisfy. Potatoes cook up nice and crisp and then share the pan with bell peppers.
Once they're done, a thick, juicy london broil (technically a method of cooking, but also a name for a cut of meat is cooked in the same pan, then they're served together. All that goodness and just 5 ingredients!
