I love wraps of all kinds. Mexican burritos, Indian rotis, and occasionally, even those Buffalo chicken wraps that taste so good dipped in blue-cheese dressing. Asian-style wraps are just as good. Instead of using flour tortillas or another type of bread, they usually substitute lettuce, giving the dish a lovely fresh crunch. Pile those lettuce leaves with a delicious chicken stir-fry, and you have a welcome change of pace from plain old rice. And who can resist a dinner you can eat with your hands?
