I've been craving a lot of comfort foods now that the weather is getting chilly. I just want to snuggle up and eat the foods that my mom made me when I was a kid. Country-fried steak was always a hit in my house.

Emma! THANK YOU FOR THIS! As a Texan, this has always been my #1 comfort food but I rarely make it at home. In fact, I can't really remember the last time I made it at home. But I'm certainly going to make this recipe this weekend because it just looks absolutely perfect.
