According to the New York Daily News, three chefs are top contenders: Oprah's personal chef, Art Smith; renowned restaurateur and chef Rick Bayless, and personal chef Daniel Young, who cooked for Obama at the Democratic National Convention.
Whoever Obama chooses, the food at the White House is likely to feature plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein, and not too many carbs, according to the Daily News.
