Last year I attended a dinner where they cooked the turkey in a bag. it came out very moist and was nicely browned. How long do you cook in the bag per pound, or what do you suggest

In years past I used to bake my turkey overnight and it was done in the morning. Everyone woke to a great fragrance in the house, and it saved on oven space later in the day. But I dont remember the specifics of temperature and time. Can you help me? I use a 22-24 # turkey

We are on the other side of the world from our extended family this holiday, meaning it is only my husband, myself and our two toddlers. Do you have any suggestions to make our day special menu wise without spending the day in the kitchen (as we have in all other wonderful years past)?
