"Oooh, fancy," someone at the table is bound to say when you bring this salad to the table. It's really pretty and restauranty looking, but truthfully, it's really easy and very tasty. It's a smash hit, or a line drive, or whatever sports analogy fits for "awesome." I use it to impress guests all the time.

Was this recipe in a past issue of Everyday Food? If so, which one? I also like the other Grocery Bag Recipes on your site, but I'm wondering how I can locate them in my back issues so that I don't have to print...I have all the issues from the beginning :-)? I don't seem to be able to see a publication date anywhere. Am I missing something? Thanks!
