I like the simple sauce in this. A quick meal I make a lot is Pasta With Broccoli Meatballs, Roasted Red Peppers and Mushrooms.

Pasta is always a quick and easy weeknight meal for me. I tried the salmon pasta from the Everyday Food cookbook, it was great!
