I know you all want a peek at my holiday decorations and I would love to share them with you at this time. However, as I have announced, I am working on a brand new Entertaining book and I have plans to feature my Christmas décor in that publication, so I don’t want to give too much away right now. But, here’s a glimpse.
Look at what my beautiful copper eagle swooped down and captured
This is a tree in my canary room decorated with lovely glass ornaments
These are hand blown glass balls set in cordial glasses
This is my glass cake dome that you might remember from Halloween, featuring silver mercury glass balls
Serving fish on Christmas Eve is traditional in some cultures, here is a lovely scaled fish ornament reminding us of that

I am very glad to be here as I have been a great fan of yours for years! I love pearl garlands and display them each christmas. I have become deeply pleased with my home and homemaking and will be attending this website and your tv shows regularly. Thank you for showing us sooo much of how to live our lives richly. Louella

You've given me so many beautiful decorating ideas over the years--not only for Christmas, but "every day"! You showed the beautiful drabware-like Nativity figures you made on your show today (12/26). The palm trees were beautiful too. Can you tell me where can I find those? Thanks, Rhonda

As I was using your recipe search (awsome idea, by the way!) I thought wouldn't it be great to have a similar function on your site for "Craft Search"!! Somtimes.. (what am I saying, MOST times!!) I'll forget where I've seen the Idea or the directions or what it's called! esp after I've purchased the materials for that same project! Just like with an ingredient, I could put in in "beads" "Felt" or "cat toy" and Find it! and any othe craft using similar materials!
Tell me wht you think of this Idea!

I wish you would post a series of photos of your Nativity so we can study the figures you made. If you didn't live so far away, I'd teach you how to create a landscape, background and buildings for it.

Dear Martha,
I so enjoy your show throughout the week. It's my time to just sit and relax while my three year old naps and I treasure it by tuning into your show each day. I have really enjoyed your magazines and your show for years now. Thank you for really keeping your show so full of ideas and for just being you. I love you!
Sincerely,
