This past Sunday, I was very happy to attend my dear friend Bunny Koppelman's birthday party. It was a lovely celebration. Here are some pictures from the party.
Brian Koppelman, Hollywood screenwriter and producer, with his mother, Bunny. Brian gave a very funny
speech.
Food is always lavish and plentiful at the Koppelman’s home
on Long Island. To start, there was caviar, blini and bellinis!
We ate brunch in the dining room - the tables were gorgeous
Our “banker” Jane Heller and some more of Bunny’s friends
Bernadette Castro is a long-time friend of the Koppelmans and
also a close neighbor

Here I am with Bernadette
Bernadette and Bunny
Charles Koppelman, Chairman of Martha Stewart Living, son Brian, daughter Jennifer, Bunny the
matriarch, and daughter Stacy
Dr. Pat Wexler – famous dermatologist – giving a toast to Bunny
Daughter-in-law Amy, wife of Brian, is a published author. She gave a great speech about Bunny’s largesse of heart.

It looks like everyone was having a smashing good time and I just bet Paw Paw was loving the extra attention from all the kids!
I see Jennifer is really getting into baking; I'd been wondering how her turkey turned out at Thanksgiving after she came on the show to learn how to roast one. Thanks for letting us see your great pictures! Trish

Oh, that fireplace! Each of the tiles has a little scene on them. I'd love some detail on those tiles... And the wood on the mantel is just gorgeous.
Looks like Jennifer outdid herself with the shortcakes!
They look like they were born from a Martha recipe!
Hmmm... Coincidence? I think not.

Martha I love the photos - very real life candid.
I just finished reading "The Martha Rules", and wrote a wonderful review of it on my Wedding Photography blog.
Thanks for setting the standard and raising the bar for the rest of us to aspire to.

The food looks so tasty! It's nice to get a peek of the other side of life. It is overwhelming!

Thanks for sharing your blog with us, Martha. It really helps us on the other side of the TV see that everyone we see and hear about as entertainment, are also real people.
As a HUGE 'Whatever' fan, it's so nice for the see a teensy part of Jennifer's familiy life. When I see these pics' I can see why Jennifer so well admired by her fans, and family-her parents seem so approachable, and kind, I love it when Mrs. Koppleman call's in to the WHATEVER radio program, ( and, when you call in!). It's what my mom would have done, Happy Birthday Mrs. K! Congratulations on raising such a great famiily, you are truly gifted!

Love your adventures. Martha, your television show is so good. You are like my best friend. Most of all I enjoy your laughter. I was very pleased with the comments from the professor at the U of M on perfection. You help us women reach higher for excellence every day. The little boy with the Divvies was charming too. I look forward to each new experience.
