Hi Martha & Emeril, I just love seeing you two together. You are two fantastic, fun loving, wonderful people. Your photo on the cover of Everyday Food magazine was really great. I love your contribution to the magazine, Emeril and look forward to many more fantastic recipies from you. Listening to and talking to both of you on Sirius radio 112's Martha's Table, was an absolute honor. I will be listening again tomorrow to Everyday Food with Sandy Gluck and hopefully be able to talk to you once again. I hope all is going well for you, Martha, on your European trip. Thanks again for sharing. Jan

You are obviously reaping tangible rewards (of the edible kind) with your Emeril partnership already!

Good luck with your new business venture with Emeril. He seems like a genuinely nice guy and a talented chef.

martha, i love it! could ever a better business arrangement be? you and emeril!!!

those food photos remind me of home. i think emeril is not so much inspired by new orleans (well, yeah...he is) but moreso by mississippi gulf coast.

katrina can't kill the taste. going to make me a shrimp poboy tomorrow...inspiring as always, thank you!

emeril and martha, great sucess in your work.

I love Everyday Foods. I just made the Spaghetti, Green Beans, and Basil from the current issue this Friday. And the roasted Chicken thighs on Saturday. Every recipe in the magazine works. They always turn out perfect!!

Maureen

I'll be sure to pick up the edition of Everyday Foods with both of you on the cover. Looking forward to reading it on the beach this summer!!

Trish

My copy of EDF with you and Emeril on the cover came last week and I don’t know which recipe to try first; they all look so mouth watering, as they do every month. I definitely plan to try a few of Emeril's recipes and I think I’ll start with ej's simple ribs. The lighter cobb salad also caught my eye as well as the pork, apricot and red onion kebabs. Yum!

Without a doubt, you and Emeril are a very good thing! Trish

Fantastic combination! I think it is past time, and a great idea since Emerill is with you, to take a field trip to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and show the country how fabulous the food is there.

Kathy :)

Love him...he seems like such a nice guy.

BAM....

I made Emeril's Provencal Fish from the July/August Everday Food and it was so delicious. And a huge hit! We love cajun/creole food in our house and are thrilled about Emeril being the newest addition to the Martha family.

That's such a pretty color shirt on you, Ms Stewart! Makes me want ot run out and get me one too.

And congrats on your new Emeril venture.

It is so nice to see my two favorites together. I thank Martha every day for her kitchen + products (favorite of all time the plastic food savers from KMart which are the best ever, clean so well, work perfectly, look great - I threw out all my R-maid and T-ware and have only Martha every day) and I thank Emeril for that cookware - I bought his line at Macys and just got my bonus knife - best knife I ever used - cooking nearly 40 years. Thank you both and good luck on future endeavors - I look foward.

Sherry

I'm so glad that there's 2 great cooks with a wonderful sense of humor! It might be too early to mention, but I hope you both can do a Thanksgiving special together. I recall you cooking a turkey using some type of "cheese cloth"(if I'm remembering right), giving it a golden color & it looked great. Would like to see you bake a turkey using that method again. Looking forward to getting your magazine! Good Luck!

Paula M. :)

Martha,

Oh Martha!

What a great couple you two make. When you and Emeril came to Naples for the Winter Wine Festival, and his new book was "out", he had a book signing at Barnes & Noble. My step-mother was there, and said the lines were around the building, waiting to purchase and have him sign. (She works there); She said of all the people who have signed . . .(many), that Emeril is the nicest, kindest, most patient, most thoughtful and giving person she has met yet. (She's retired from the medical profession, and reads everything on the best seller list.) Meanwhile, before coming to this blog, I have had, and still have, on stovetop, Emeril's recipe for pot roast on www.foodtv.com, the one with the slivers of garlic, browned and braised for 3 hours. And, to top it all off, I'm sitting in front of my new Creative Vision Pfaff!!!, acquired this past Saturday, getting ready to create the pillows that you have on your video from your "sewing machine history show." Hard to believe that I rather appreciate you, right?

My Best,

Katherine

how fun! love Emeril as well. Can't wait to see him more often on your show. or is he going to have his own show? just an idea: maybe you can have Emeril do a travel segment on good food in New Orleans.

Martha, I have always enjoyed watching emeril and am so excited that you two are working together! Two of my favorite people!

Catherine

It's nice to see you and Emeril team up. A great combination! I'll keep an eye out for Everyday Foods. Thanks!

Amy

MMMMMMmmmmm. . .shrimp. Thank you, Emeril! Know what my favorite kind of shrimp is? The ones I don't have to peel and mess with! Just cook. . .

I just never saw this one coming, but I'm sure it's going to be a great partnership. And while Emeril is NOT "real New Orleans" by birth, he sure did get that way quick. (BAM! Gotcha.) I think it's great that he's keeping the flame alive for my hometown.

I'll bet he's fun when he's makin' groceries, too.
