Your wedding day is one of the most memorable of your life--and also one of the busiest. With the time it takes to get ready (hair, makeup, putting on the dress, etc.), posing for photographs, talking with all of your wedding guests, and actually going through the ceremony, many brides forget to take the time to eat. Problem solved: I found a great set of products that are small enough to fit in a clutch, can be eaten quickly (while in the car to the cocktail hour), are healthy, and actually fill you up. Is it a miracle? I think so.
These flavorful phenoms are thinkproducts' bars. I personally enjoy the thinkfruit Chocolate Pomegranate Power flavor, but there are a bunch of other flavors (from White Chocolate Chip to Apricot Coconut) that offer different sets of benefits. All are gluten-free.
At $19.50 for a box of 15, it's worth stocking up on them. Pass them out to your bridesmaids, or bring them with you on your honeymoon--they can fit in your purse or carry-on easily and are so much healthier than food court fare. In fact, the founder of thinkproducts is a former model and was inspired to do something about the lack of nutritious food available during her travels, which is part of why she started this business. Plus (yes, it gets even better), thinkproducts donates $250,000 a year to research institutions and charities like the Susan G. Komen Fund for Breast Cancer Research and the California Diabetes Foundation. Check them out!

Meal replacement bars are excellent for on the go nutrition. The body must have fuel to operate, so fill it with the good stuff.

Do something good for yourself and for charity...all in one bar. What a concept. Thanks for sharing Darcy.

This is a great idea because I was in my friends wedding recently and we literally didn't eat until the reception and I was starving the entire day!! The next wedding I go to I'm definitely taking some of these.
