I thought the service at Pronovias was wonderful - I went there a few weeks ago and purchased my dress in the same visit. I've been to several other NYC bridal boutiques, but this is a classy spot. It was amazingly sensible to have photos of every dress and go through them with me. This was so much easier than traipsing through skinny hallways with poofy dresses in plastic bags. I love their robes, too. Great service!
