Last night, Special Projects Editor Anthony Luscia and I flew down to Grand Cayman for Engage 09 Something Blue, a gathering of wedding professionals from 26 states and 9 countries. It's being held at the Ritz Carlton, so Anthony and I knew exactly what to expect—beautiful scenery, luxury, and impeccable service. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we dropped our bags in our rooms and ran straight to the beach for the welcome party, which was gorgeously styled by event designer Michelle Rago. Then, we ended the evening by going back to Rebecca Grinnal's room (she's president of Engaging Concepts) so we could use her computer — but it wasn't all work. The highlight was watching Randy Fenoli, Fashion Director of Kleinfeld, apply false eyelashes on Rebecca for a television appearance! Check back here throughout the week for more about this amazing event, and for all you twitter fans out there, search for #engage09.

What a great time was had by all in Grand Cayman! It was great to meet you and hear what you had to say on this exciting industry. I wouldn't have missed it for the world, and I live and work in Grand Cayman.
